Famed mixologist, Jacquelyn Zykan, aka Old Forester’s Master Bourbon Specialist, speaks ‘bourbon’ fluently and will be on hand to show VIP guests the secret to making the perfect Mint Julep just in time for Derby.

Joining her for the evening will be Campbell Brown, President and Managing Director of Brown-Forman’s founding brand, Old Forester. A descendent of George Garvin Brown, Campbell has been with Brown-Forman since 1994 after starting in the mail room at the company. He spent his early years developing the company’s spirits portfolio in India, the Philippines and Turkey. He’s held positions as both the Jack Daniel’s U.S. Brand Manager and Southern Comfort Brand Manager in the U.S. along with the title of Vice President, Director, Southern Comfort Americas.

Campbell will be sharing details about Old Forester’s past, present and future. As the official longest running Bourbon on the market today, Old Forester laid the foundation for the Bourbon industry. It was first bottled and marketed in 1870 by the former pharmaceutical salesman turned bourbon-merchant George Garvin Brown – the founder of the Brown-Forman Corporation. During the Prohibition period from 1920 to 1933, it was one of only 10 brands authorized for lawful production.

Campbell is overseeing the development of the new 50 million dollar Old Forester distillery project on Whiskey Row set to open mid-2017 and there is no better view than the private offices of Execuity and the official headquarters for the Whisky Chicks at 110 West Main Street.
