Whisky Chicks & Bourbon Brotherhood’s 3rd Annual Bourbon Mixer

EXPERIENCE TWELVE DISTILLERIES IN ONE FABULOUS EVENING
On August 13th two of Louisville’s most spirited social groups, the Whisky Chicks and the Bourbon Brotherhood, will come together to host the 3rd annual Bourbon Mixer. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Rx: Housing Veterans, a Coalition for the Homeless program targeted specifically toward assisting Louisville’s homeless veterans.
Bourbon lovers are invited to share their passion for Kentucky’s native spirit through sample tastings and cocktails specially created for the evening by those who know the spirit best –our sponsoring distilleries. Come mix and mingle with Master Distillers and bourbon celebrities. The 12 different brands represented last year are expected to return bringing with them samples of some of their best spirits along with fun treats like bourbon popsicles and root beer floats.
Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of silent auction items, including one-of-a-kind bourbon experiences and rare bottles of whisky. The event will include live music, upscale southern cuisine, delectable desserts and for those non bourbon drinkers beer and wine will be served.
