Guested visited one of Louisville’s newest distilleries! Angel’s Envy is a hand crafted, small batch whiskey produced by Louisville Distilling Company, a subsidiary of Bacardi Limited.

The evening began with an opportunity to browse the Angel’s Envy brand store before beginning a 30-minute tour of the distillery. After the tour, Kyle Henderson, Processing and Bottling Manager, led guests through a 3-part tasting in the finishing room.

Shortly after, everyone made their way to the outdoor tent where they learned to be their own bartender! This wonderful, hands-on seasonal cocktail course was inspired by the seasons, teaching guests how to mix their cocktail to perfection using local flavors and ingredients. They discussed the science behind various flavors and how different mixing techniques can affect the cocktail. At this time there were also heavy appetizers and specialty cocktails to enjoy.

The rest of the evening was free to mix, mingle and enjoy one-on-one time with Kyle Henderson and the bartenders.
